Bruce Mendelsohn
Resource Development Coordinator, MassHire Central Region Workforce Board

A digital marketer, content developer, and brand-builder who has conceived and implemented comprehensive communications, public/media relations, and constituent outreach campaigns for diverse organizations, Bruce Mendelsohn is currently Resource Development Coordinator for the MassHire Central Region Workforce Board. Mr. Mendelsohn measurably, meaningfully, and memorably deploys multimedia to advance the missions and messages of nonprofits, law enforcement, businesses, and federal/state/municipal governments. His notable career achievements include:

  • Researching and co-authoring a report to the U.S. Congress in support of a national plan to transform Federal detention management functions and operations;

  • Promoting the beloved national crime-fighting icon, McGruff the Crime Dog;

  • Planning and implementing a $80 million campaign to build a National Law Enforcement Museum on the Mall in Washington, D.C.;

  • Starting and building an engineering leadership program at MIT;

  • Applying for and winning $2M+ in workforce development grants for the City of Worcester

Mr. Mendelsohn graduated Cum Laude from Vassar College, has a Master’s of Science in Systems Management, and is a decorated U.S. Army Veteran (Honorable Discharge).
